    You can get it for free, but it takes a helluva lot of time getting $7.99 dollars worth.

    everything is overpriced in chinatown. you have to barter. i bought a camera filter there once against my better judgment, talked the guy down about 150%, and still got screwed on the price. this $7.99 might be successfully negotiated down to a buck o’ five.
